Miley Cyrus’ latest tattoo is rather interesting, considering she (nor I, nor you I’m sure) wasn’t born at the time the words were said. The 19-year-old actress/singer inked a quote on her forearm, taken from a speech that former U.S. President Theodore Roosevelt made in 1910.
