Three victims who were shot when James Holmes opened fire on a midnight showing of The Dark Knight Rises in Aurora, CO have filed suit against the movie theater. Denise Traynom, Brandon Axelrod and Joshua Nowlan claim that the theater should have had an alarm on the exist door along with extra security and that the theater failed to help moviegoers out the theater that night.
