Abercrombie & Fitch in Willow Grove Park recently cut Amber Mitchell’s hours at work from five days a week to one day because she died her hair blonde like the other employees. The only difference is, she’s black and the other girls are white. Amber, who is also a student at Penn State Abington, explains that her boss told her “You’ll have to dye your hair back to brown. That color isn’t natural and you can’t work with this color.”
