Kelly Rowland had her name rolling off many lips when she released her latest single, “Dirty Laundry.” With the release of her new album, “Talk A Good Game,” she laid it on the table for everyone to hear, and of course assumptions were popping out left and right – one being her jealousy of Beyonce. I think one of the things I don’t like about artists is when I support them, but I don’t have any idea who they really are…now, here comes Kelly who wants to express herself, and people are taking it for what it is NOT. The, “Ice” singer says that she’s not jealous at all. Hit the jump to see what it actually is.
Everyone is so focused on Kanye, Mac Miller and J. Cole that Kelly Rowland is being pushed to the back of the line. Yesterday (June 18th), Kelly Rowland’s ‘Talk A Good Game‘ was released, and she’s making her promo rounds. She performed on Good Morning America with Pusha T, and she was spotted in NYC on her way to the Wendy Williams Show. Go girl! How you doin?! Hit the jump and check her rock the yellow.
Kelly Rowland dropped her new album Talk A Good Game yesterday (along with a bunch of other big names!), and held an autograph signing at Best Buy in NYC to meet the fans who came to cop it. One person she didn’t expect to run into there? J. Cole! He showed up to cop his own album Born Sinner (which also dropped yesterday), and had a quick moment with Kel, then took to Twitter to share it. “Accidentally walked into kelly rowland album signing to cop Born Sinner. Support her album!” he tweeted. More pics in the gallery.
Today was a REALLY big day in music, with Kanye West, J. Cole, Mac Miller, Kelly Rowland and Statik Selektah all dropping new albums for the masses. The big talk has been Kanye versus Cole for the number one spot, but I think people are unfairly leaving Mac out of that conversation! He had a HUGE debut with his first album back in 2011, and with relatively NO airplay, at that. Who do you think will take home that top spot next week? Take the poll below and let us know!
