Love and Hip-Hop star Tahiry Jose is planning to sue, Carlos Fiasco, her attacker, along with the fashion show and theater where she was assaulted. Back in 2014, Jose was attacked backstage at a NYC fashion event. She claims the attack left her in a huge hole financially due to medical bills and she’s demanding the money back. All $31k of it.
SMH: The Man Who Beat Tahiry Is Getting Off The Hook Easy
Back in September, Love & Hip-Hop: New York’s own Tahiry Jose suffered from a brutal attack after a man named Charles Suggs went HAM on the model. Tahiry was attending the Toure Designs show for New York Fashion Week when Suggs started arguing with Tahiry, which escalated into him punching her and dragging her on the floor until the security guards finally came and broke it up. The attack left her needing a neck brace that she was infamously photographed wearing and with multiple cuts and bruises all over her body. Tahiry is still in physical therapy from the attack and has yet to recover 100%. As for Suggs, he pled guilty to assault and was only given a mandatory anger management course to complete and and a total of five years that he must stand clear of Tahiry. SMH! He definitely deserves way more than that for hitting a female. Little boys like that are the biggest cowards of them all! Wishing you a super speedy recovery, Tahiry!
