Jeremih Addresses Lip-Synching Incident
On Wednesday, singer Jeremih was pelted with drinks at SXSW while performing because he was not only two hours late, but decided to lip-synch his way through his set instead of singing live. He performed for about three minutes before giving up. Now the singer is saying that he wasn’t lip-synching but trying to sing over a very loud background track of his voice. Last night 50 Cent, as part of SXSW’s Shady showcase, surprised fans with an appearance from Slim Shady himself. Em joined Fif on stage to perform my favorite of their collabs, “Patiently Waiting.” Fif performed his album Get Rich Or Die Trying in it’s entirety for the first time at the festival.
