WNBA: Newlyweds Brittney Griner & Glory Johnson Suspended Seven Games Each For Domestic Dispute

The WNBA just announced that both Brittney Griner and Glory Johnson were going to be suspended for the first seven games of the season. The couple just got married last week and appear to have moved on from the domestic incident that got both of them arrested last month. The WNBA still was yet to have it’s say and today they give their ruling.


UFC: Jon Jones Stripped of UFC Title, Suspended Indefinitely & Won’t Fight at UFC 187

UFC champion Jon Jones was officially named as a suspect in a hit-and-run accident that left a pregnant woman injured.  Jones dodged the police for a while before turning himself in and bailing himself out just a few hours later.  Jones is facing felony charges for leaving the scene and also because of the extent of the injury to the pregnant woman who reportedly broke her arm.  His problems go beyond criminal charges as he is now out of a job… for now.

Sports: The Game Suspended From Basketball League After Punching Cop During Game

The Game was caught on tape punching an opposing player during a Pro-Am basketball game.  The victim was later revealed to be an off-duty LAPD officer.  Game says the officer struck him first and threatened him, revealing that he had a gun his bag.  The incident is still under investigation by the police but Game has already received his first punishment as he’s been suspended from the JBL Basketball League.


NFL: Browns Fined $250K & GM Ray Farmer Suspended 4 Games For Sending Texts to Personnel During Games

Cleveland Browns general manager Ray Farmer has been suspended without pay for the first four games of next season for sending texts to personnel during games in 2014 and the team was fined $250,000, the NFL announced Monday.
