Initially, Starz series Survivor’s Remorse was touted as being “inspired by LeBron James.” Gradually, leading up to the series’ premiere his role was redefined, and eventually he was largely treated as a silent executive producer with a big name. Well, it looks like James will be more involved for season two, including making his first guest appearance on the show.
NBA: LeBron James’ TV Series ‘Survivor’s Remorse’ Renewed For a Second Season
Just five days after its premiere, LeBron James’ new TV series, Survivor’s Remorse, is already set to come back for a second season. The half-hour comedy will get an expanded run in 2015, with the episode count being upped from six to 10.

LeBron James & the cast of “Survivor’s Remorse” (which will air on Starz) took to the red carpet last night in Beverly Hills to premiere the first two episodes of the series. A bunch of celebs showed up for the event and that included comedian Mike Epps. Of course, he had jokes when he took a pic with LeBron & shared it on Twitter. Will the hairline jokes ever stop?!?! NBA: Starz Network Picks Up Comedy Sitcom Executive Produced By Lebron
It’s good to be a King. The money just keeps rolling in and deservedly so. Starz network has announced they will pick up “Survivor’s Remorse”, a half hour comedy based sitcom, produced by King James himself. The Show is set in the world of professional basketball headed by LeBron James (executive producer), his childhood friend and manager, Maverick Carter, Chairman of the Red Sox Tom Werner, actor/writer Mike O’Malley and LA sports/media industry financial advisor Paul Wachter.
