Not just the sports world, but everyone in general lost an amazing man this morning.  ESPN anchor Stuart Scott lost his battle with cancer after a long and hard fight.  Despite what he was going through, he always kept a smile on his face and projected a strong and positive attitude.  There was no better example of that then during the 2014 ESPYS.

Every sports fan is feeling this right now.  We’ve all been praying that he’d make it through but longtime ESPN anchor Stuart Scott has lost his battle with cancer and passed away Sunday morning at the age of 49.

If you missed it last night, you missed a SUPER touching and SUPER inspirational message from ESPN’s Stuart Scott.  I needed a few tissues after he was finished with his speech. He was honored at the ESPYS & was given the Jimmy V Perseverance Award. This isn’t the type of announcement that people wanted to hear.  Stuart Scott announced on Twitter yesterday that his cancer has returned.  After he tweeted his announcement, a lot of people reached out to him including Kobe Bryant, Robert Griffin III, Chris Paul & more.
