(Photo) The City Got Rid Of Street Sign With Big Pun’s Name On It

Fourteen years after the death of rap icon Big Pun, an ambitious fan, Shane Rossi took it upon himself to rename the Bronx’s E. 163rd St. and Longwood Ave, Big Pun Place. The Department of Transportation was not allowing that. Less than a week later, the sign was removed. It was good while it lasted. At least Rossi was able to get his message out. Just 2 Days After Being Put Up, Someone Steals the “Justin Bieber Way” Street Sign

LMAO this was bound to happen. Less than 48 hours after an 11-year-old “mayor for a day” renamed a Texas street in honor of Justin Bieber, someone has swiped the sign. Wonder if it was a Belieber or a hater!! Or just a prankster?? Details on the swiping after the jump. Marisa Mendez
