This s**t pisses me off! While the NYPD’s “necessary stop-and-frisk” program has increased by 600%, they could be taking that time out to catch people that are actually breaking the law. This time their harassment has been caught on audio by a 17-year-old that looked “suspicious” said the officer that stopped him for the third time in about two blocks. This video is terrifying. To anybody who has ever been illegally searched you know what it’s like. When you haven’t done anything wrong, and you get harassed by the police, there’s not a scarier feeling. These people swear an oath to serve and protect, yet some of them can’t handle that power and take it too far. Angel and Ashley Dobbs were pulled over after a cop said they saw them throw a cigarette out of the window of their car. The female police officer Kellie Helleson in the video puts her hands in these women’s pants and cops a feel in the front and back of both women, and doesn’t even bother to change gloves.
