As reported late last night, Rich Homie Quan was hospitalized in Atlanta, after suffering multiple seizures back-to-back and hitting his head upon falling to the ground. Many speculated (and continue to) that much like Lil Wayne and Rick Ross, the health issue was lean-related, but his publicist begs to differ. In a statement to TMZ, Quan’s rep says that he fainted after experiencing heat exhaustion, and then suffered the seizures. Right. However, he is thankfully in “good condition,” and is recovering in the hospital. It’s unfortunate this comes after such a celebratory day for the rapper, who was named as one of XXL’s 2014 Freshman class just the day before! Hopefully he recovers in time for the major tour he’ll be heading out on with Wiz Khalifa, Jeezy, Tyga, Ty Dolla $ign and more this summer!
