Though Jay only suffered the power loss for a few days in his downtown apartment, he and his wife Beyonce are both concerned about those who fared way worse. Kurupt Reacts To The Loss Of His Son’s Mother, Blaque’s Natina Reed
Natina Reed of 90’s girl group Blaque sadly lost her life over the weekend, as she was hit by a car at night while crossing the street to get some food from the gas station. She left behind a 10 year old son that she shared with rapper Kurupt and up until now, he’d been pretty mum on the situation. President Obama Addresses Hurricane Sandy; Not Worried About It Affecting The Election
With Hurricane Sandy increasing in intensity and coming toward us at 18mph, (landfall expected some time this evening), President Obama took the stand to issue a statement and answer just one question about what they’re calling the “Perfect Storm.” When asked if he’s worried about this affecting the election, he calmly responded his only worry right now is saving lives and ensuring the safety of the millions that will be affected by the second largest recorded storm in history. Wow! The Girl That Was Burned Alive & Had KKK Written On Her Car…Did It To HERSELF!
What a crazy story. Over the weekend, America was outraged and sickened when they found out a 20-year-old black woman from Louisiana had seemingly been the victim of a hate crime, being burned alive by “3 men in white hoodies,” who wrote “KKK” and “N*gger” on her car. Sharmeka Moffitt had called 911 from the park she had been walking in, and was taken to the hospital where doctors determined that she’d have to stay there for at least a month to undergo surgery for the severe burns covering over 60% of her body. She received an outpouring of love from all over, including receiving close to 50k likes as of 9:30pm EST tonight on a support page created on Facebook. Her mom spoke out with a tearful statement yesterday, adding “I have never known anything like this to happen in Winnsboro.” Now the story has taken a twisted turn, after police and FBI investigations determined it was Sharmeka herself that wrote the hateful words on her own car and lit herself on fire.
