Star Wars Pinball will be launching sometime this month with pinball themed around Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back and The Clone Wars
The idea for a live-action Star Wars show has been in development for years under Star Wars creator George Lucas, and now that Disney’s recent $4 billion acquisition of the massively popular sci-fi franchise is complete, ABC is taking a look at the long-awaited series, said the network’s entertainment president Paul Lee in an interview with Entertainment Weekly. Profiles in History has announced that they will be auctioning off Star Wars memorabilia from the Return of the Jedi and Original Trilogy of Star Wars movies. Although the props are just plastic pieces, the cheapest piece that will be hitting the auction block will be going for $4,000 and that’s a rejected Yoda head. The most expensive prop that will be hitting the block is of course the real lightsaber used in the movies by Luke Skywalker, but you’re going to need a lot of money to buy it! The owner of this epic Star Wars collection, Cho Wong, totally knows how to display it all. His collection is not only the greatest Star Wars collection of all time, but it could probably inspire anyone to become a collector. His whole setup is as beautiful as the items themselves. The lighting, the displays and definitely the scale of it all is not only immensely impressive, it’s insanely cool to look at as well.
