DJ Khaled is basically on top of the world right now. You can’t find one person who isn’t either enamored with his snapchat or just thinks he is a hilarious guy in general. Let’s also not forget he is a hard working guy in general and that work continued last night on SportsCenter. He reminded everyone “They Don’t Want Me On SportsCenter” before dropping his keys to success to make the show better. This was great television.
Meek Mill began this beef with Drake when he outted him on Twitter about allegedly having a ghostwriter. Well since then Meek has been on the losing end of this battle and just about EVERYONE has been throwing shots at him, from fast food chains to even SportsCenter.
ESPN is doing this new thing during Sportscenter called “Center Stage” where artists will be performing. Wiz Khalifa set it off last night before the NBA Draft, and not that he needs it, but it was a good look for him. Wale will be hitting the stage today to perform but he will have to match the energy Wiz had going in the ESPN studios. Not sure if this is just temporary or something they plan on doing for a while, but it’s a nice move on the part of the network.
Recently there was a bizarre and wacky story from Los Angeles Lakers guard Nick Young, that a dolphin tried to kill him while he was on vacation with his rapper girlfriend Iggy Azalea in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Well SportsCenter recalled Young’s harrowing tale and somehow it ended up being a shot at Iggy.
