1:20pm 10/21/2013 A student admits to seeing the gunman shoot a teacher. The teacher approached the child to tell him to stop playing with the firearm, and when doing so, he shot her. Nevada Gov. Brian Sandoval has issued a statement: “I was deeply saddened to learn of the horrific shooting at Sparks Middle School this morning,” he said. “My administration is receiving regular updates and the Nevada Highway Patrol is assisting at the scene.
