The internet is going crazy today, after surveillance footage surfaced of Solange Knowles attacking her brother-in-law Jay Z in an elevator while Beyonce looked on. The video was from last week at The Standard Hotel, where the trio were attending the after-party to the annual Met Gala. In even more footage from the evening, Jay can be seen avoiding getting in the car with Solange following the incident, but Beyonce opts to ride with her…seemingly siding with her sis in the matter. However, Bey and Jay were spotted looking just fine this weekend, celebrating Mother’s Day first with a brunch with their daughter Blue Ivy, then a private dinner alone later that night. What in the world?! Last week, Jay Z, Beyonce and her younger sister Solange all attended the annual Met Gala in NYC, and though it all seemed well – apparently it was anything but! Surveillance footage of a VERY angry Solange has surfaced, screaming at and then attacking Jay inside of an elevator (with Bey) on their way into the after-party at the Standard Hotel. In the video, a man that is likely their bodyguard attempts to hold Solange back, but she definitely connected at least 3 times. Jay did not touch her…though he grabbed her foot when she tried to kick him…and Beyonce stood off to the side the entire time. No details have been revealed as to what happened. I’m SO curious!
