The city of San Francisco has been working on an emergency social networking website and app to better help their residents in case of any disaster. They want to integrate already known sites like Twitter and Facebook so that users don’t have to rely solely on the new social site.

Many states are adopting a new ‘law’ that will protect employee’s social networking rights. Law enforcement is a popular one, but there are many businesses where you are asked to log into your Facebook, Twitter or any other social networking account. They then go through your stuff wether it be in front of you, or not to evaluate you either suitable or not for the position. Instagram Hit With Class Action Lawsuit Due To TOS Change
It was the big news of the week; Instagram changes their Terms of Service and everyone cries in an uproar! They even responded after the fact, clarifying they would not sell off your pics. Basically, Instagram would sell off your photos for a promotion or marketing plan which would generate $0 in revenue to the user actually responsible for the pic. Even after Instagram’s CEO retracted the clause, popular artists’ accounts and major accounts such as National Geographic shut down their accounts.
