If you’ve been keeping up with the blog, you saw this weekend we posted on the Nike Air Yeezy 2 “Red October” release date. Footlocker had everyone souped up when they announced they would be releasing the kicks online the morning of December 27th. Well today, they reneged on their promise and shattered many sneaker lover’s dreams. The shoes will NOT be releasing this week and there is no updated date as to when, if ever, they will drop. Black Scale is keeping their ladies attire strong with the release of a new collection. The VV Holiday 2013 Collection is full of leather, bandana print, the bomb ass varsity jackets. They really have alot of pieces to offer, almost just as much as for the men. Could they be the next big thing in female streetwear? Possibly if they keep this flyness going. Fashion: Virgil Abloh To Launch New Line “Off-White” In 2014. Get Your First Look At What To Expect
We know Kim Kardashian is Kanye’s better half, but his ‘creative’ half…well that goes to someone else. Virgil Abloh has been holding it down with DONDA for awhile now and if you’ve seen any recent Ye interviews, I’m sure you’ve caught his name dropped multiple times. He was the brains behind Pyrex, a huge part of Been Trill and now he can add “Off-White” to that growing resume. Scheduled for a 2014 release, “Off-White” keeps it simple featuring menswear basics outfitted in what may be the company’s logo. Oh and there is also one pair of shoes, a pair of beige espadrilles also featuring the stripped graphic seen on all the clothing. I must be honest though, I hope the price points aren’t as high as Pyrex was, broke fans like me can’t afford!!
