NBA: Clippers Blake Griffin Not Planning on Defending Slam Dunk Title During All-Star Weekend

(Video) NBA Throwback: Michael Jordan Dunk From the Free Throw Line

The dunk from the freethrow line was first done by Julius Erving, better known as Dr. J.  However this dunk was popularized by Michael Jordan who used it to help him win the 1988 Slam Dunk contest.  It’s also where he earned the name “Air Jordan”.  The dunk has been attempted and done by many since then but none like Michael.  Check the video out after the jump. @Shay_Marie x @gametimegirl
