Kanye’s outfit last night got everyone talking; people tweeting various things like “Did Kanye get his skirt from Kim’s closet”, “Kanye kilt it”, etc. Then, everyone went crazy when they saw A$AP Rocky wearing a dress on 106&Park recently.
