Lil Bow Wow is on the scene, behind-the-scenes at the 2013 BET Hip-Hop Awards (airing tomorrow, 10/15) and he chats it over with Kevin Hart and Snoop Lion – who by the way is in the shower with two dudes [one being Bow Wow] with a shower cap on smoking that greenery – and he then make it’s over to Baltimore where a club promoter had him waiting outside for about an hour.
