Eminem & Shady Records Partner With Genius
Eminem and his Shady Records imprint have officially partnered with lyric website Genius. “Coming up we would always obsess over the lyrics from our favorite MCs,” Em said in a press release. “Picking everything apart, trying to get into their heads. I still do that today and Genius helps to make it a worldwide conversation. Pretty amazing to me.” As part of the partnership, Eminem will continue to annotate his lyrics on the site (he did 42 in just April alone,) and Genius will now now be the official lyrics engine for his website and all other online properties surrounding Shady Records.

As Eminem, his manager Paul Rosenberg Esq, and Shady records prepare to unveil their forthcoming greatest hits compilation album ‘Shady XV’, featuring the labels now classic fan favorites on November 24th, the excitement is at a fever pitch.
