Not sure if it’s just me, but I always wondered how the people on these reality TV shows never get caught after they openly buy and use their drugs for the whole world to see. David Nickell, who was on MTV’s “True Life: I’m Addicted to Pills” TV show, is suing the station for apparently getting him set up. He claims the producer of the show told him to buy pills off of his dealer and then give them to a woman in front of her 5-year-old child. He says he was ASSURED he would not get into any legal trouble. However, after the show aired and authorities saw it, Nickell and the woman who he gave the pills to were arrested and the prosecutors used the video footage from the show to prosecute them both. He had to serve seven months in jail. Nickell is currently suing the producer, MTV and Viacom. SMH! Check out a clip from the show below.
