Seahawks Linebacker Leroy Hill had his first court apperance since being arrested Tuesday for assaulting his girlfriend. He was ordered held on $150,000 bail, with his next court date scheduled for today. According to her statement, Hill’s girlfriend said she was hit between 15-20 times by hill, including being hit with a bottle of alcohol. She also said she was held against her will in his home, and he took her cell phone away from her so she could not call anyone. He also reportedly destroyed some of her belongings with a knife. He was formally charged with 3rd degree assault-domestic violence and unlawful imprisonment, both of which are felonies in the state of Washington. This looks pretty bad for Hill, who has already had legal troubles in the past.

The rookie was the 12th pick in the third round of the draft and has been shocking everyone since he was named the starter over Matt Flynn. NFL: Seahawks CB Richard Sherman Addresses Pro Bowl Snub & Pending PED Suspension
The 2013 NFL Pro Bowl rosters were announced last night and the biggest snub of the year was no doubt Richard Sherman of the Seattle Seahawks. Sherman is waiting for a decision on a four-game suspension issued by the NFL for taking performance-enhancing drugs, an episode that likely influenced Pro Bowl voters. NFL: Seahawks Players Celebrate Win And Chaos Breaks Out
After destroying the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday night, Some Seattle Seahawks players decided to throw a party at a club near Seattle. While trying to enjoy a good time in a good mood, chaos broke out and 3 people were shot, one of them fatally. Singer Aubrey O’Day was also there and tweeted about what happened. Fortunately for the players and the team, no members from the Seahawks were part of the altercation. With all the recent tragedies in the sports world recently we are thankful this was not the next one. Prayers go out to the man who was killed at the scene.
