After starting several games for the Oakland Raiders Terrelle Pryor was traded to the Seattle Seahawks for a 7th round draft pick. With Super Bowl winning quarterback Russell Wilson still in charge, it’s no doubt that Pryor will remain a backup. Still that doesn’t stop him from wanting to get better and declaring his skills.
If Marshawn Lynch had been lacking leverage in his quiet quest for a new contract, he may have found some. The Seahawks became the first NFL team to release a 2014 draft pick on Friday when they waived offensive lineman Garrett Scott. Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman just updated some new information to his website. Sherman just became the highest paid corner in the entire NFL with a new 4 year/$57.4 million dollar contract with $40 million of that guaranteed. Everyone knew this day was coming after his play the past couple season and his rookie contract expiring this season. Seattle wasn’t letting him even think about going anywhere else. Hit the jump.
I sware there are some people in this country who will look for anyway to try and bring a lawsuit, no matter how ridiculous it seems. An NFL fan is bringing a $40 million dollar lawsuit against the Seahawks because he wasn’t able to attend the playoff game between them and the San Francisco 49ers. Someone please tell me how that translates into $40 million?? Check out what this joke of a guy said about not being allowed to attend.
