Zach LaVine dominated the NBA All-Star Dunk Contest this year so what happened when he casually showed up as a surprise contestant for the Seattle Pro-Am dunk contest? Well… he killed it!
While many were sleeping, Jamal Crawford hosted a “Midnight Madness” admission free match in Seattle to thank the fans for all their support of the very popular Seattle Pro Am league. He was joined by a ton of NBA stars including Chris Paul, Blake Griffin, Nate Robinson (coaching duties), LaMarcus Aldridge, Matt Barnes, Spencer Hawes, Tony Wroten Jr., Isaiah Thomas (coaching duties), Dejounte Murray, Wale, Will Conroy, Mike James, and more.
This summer has been great for streetball and while LA’s Drew League has captured most of the shine, Seattle’s Pro Am League isn’t far behind. Run by Jamal Crawford the Seattle Pro-Am has featured stars like Kevin Durant and Tyreke Evans but on Friday Kyrie Irving stole the show. He hit a defender with a crazy shammgod crossover then layup.
