I’m sure we are all aware of the dispute between the FBI and Apple, as the FBI has been facing a dilemma with accessing the San Bernardino iPhone used by a terrorist. Well in the end, the FBI was able to gain access to the iPhone without Apple’s help and without losing all of the data stored on the phone. But the real question is, how did they do it?
Enrique Marquez, San Bernardino Shooter’s Neighbor Arrested On Terrorism Charges
Enrique Marquez, 24, the neighbor and former friend of San Bernardino shooter Syed Farook, has been arrested and charged with “defrauding immigration authorities by entering into a sham marriage with a member of Farook’s family” and conspiracy to provide material support for acts of terrorism, which were to take place in 2011 and 2012. According to officials, in 2011, Marquez purchased the two “assault rifles” used in the San Bernardino massacre along with a pair of hand guns. During the time, he was allegedly to participate in an act of terrorism on a community college that he and Farook attended. Find out more after the jump.

According to police reports, at least twelve people have been killed following an active shooter situation in San Bernardino on Wednesday. The shooting took place at the Inland Regional Center, which operates as a nonprofit working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Police are currently searching the building for one to three shooters. The shooters have been described as armed with rifles wearing ski masks. Read more below.
