Samsung Unveils Flexible OLED At CES

  Today Samsung played up their much talked about Flexible OLED, Samsung is calling it (for the moment) the Youm. Samsung demoed the product during their Keynote speech at CES. Samsung defiantly played up the product and Samsung’s Stephen Woo said the product’s ability “Because OLEDs produce their own light, [they] don’t require thick, heavy, power-consuming back lights,” said Brian Berkeley, the senior vice president of Samsung’s display lab. “Now, thanks to Samsung technology, they can be flexible, too.” Samsung’s Berkeley then brought out displays of the actucal product that wooed the crowd at CES. Samsung Looking To Steal Enterprise Business From RIM

So Samsung has done some good things in 2012 and when it came to the mobile market. They finally dethrone Apple as the Mobile king, with its successful device the GS III. Now Samsung is seeking its sights on smaller fish, Samsung is now looking to take over the business enterprise market which RIM has dominated for sometime. The last thing RIM needs is another mobile company stepping on their turf, after all thats all they have left along with BBM. At&t Sees Record Numbers In The 4th Quarter

At&t announced today that it has sold more than 10 million smartphones in the 4th quarter in 2012. Besting their previous best efforts of 9.4 million in the fourth quarter of 2011. Due to high sales of the iPhone and Samsung song Galaxy SIII. According to At&t’s Ralph De La Vega “We had another incredible quarter of smartphone sales as the mobile Internet continues to drive strong growth in wireless,”. Samsung Makes $8.3 Billion In Profit In 2012 4th Quarter

Samsung is raking in the dough when it comes to selling mobile units and they are beginining to close the gap between Apple. So much so that rumors re swirling that Apple is planning on releasing mulitple deivces this year and a larger display to compete with Apple. Samsung made record number of sales in the 4th qtr of 2012, pulling in 8.3 billion in profits. First Leaked Photo of Samsung Galaxy S IV

SamMobile, who has an insider at Samsung, is the first to report a leaked photo of a possible press release photo of the Samsung Galaxy S IV. Current rumors are reporting the following possible features: – Exynos 5450 Quad-Core CPU clocked at 2.0GHz – Mali-T658 GPU – 2GB of RAM – 4.99” SuperAMOLED FULL HD resolution (1080×1920) Display – 13 Megapixel Rear Facing Camera – 2 Megapixel Front Facing Camera – Android 4.2.1 (Out of the box) Not 100% confirmed, but judging from the high quality image and no signs of rendering this could very well be the next model in the Galaxy S line up.


Image of The Samsung Galaxy IV Leaks

Let the rumors begin, earlier this morning an image of the Galaxy IV hit the internet. The image was leaked by website SamMobile. Before the image leaked the supposed specs for the smartphone was 4.99-inch Super AMOLED full HD 1920 X 1080 display, and include a 2GHz quad-core Exynos processor, 2GB of RAM and a 13-megapixel rear camera.
