New Reports Say No Eye Tracking Technology With Galaxy IV!!!
We hit the first bump in the road with Samsung’s Galaxy SIV. Now the word is The US will not get the eye tracking technology and will not have a 8 core processor. According to Bloomberg “the Galaxy S IV will not include the feature at launch, although it may appear in “future versions of the phone.” Samsung will instead use a simpler head-tracking technology that will have the ability to pause videos when a user turns away from the screen” Does this mean the GS IV will be a disappointment in the US, probably since all the details have’nt been released and Samsung could have more tricks up their sleeve.
Samsung’s Eye Technology Coming To The iPhone
So Samsung now has its ground breaking eye tracking technology coming to the Galaxy S IV. Apple does’nt want to be left out of the mix, so the word is Apple is looking to drop the same tech on the up coming iPhones. Now the eye tracking technology will be able to unlock the smartphone and pause music depending on the users eye gestures. A startup is looking to bring the same technology to the eye and possibly other Android devices in the future, which in Tablets. “We made a very important decision that the technology is so diverse that we cannot just allow it to be confined,” uMoove cofounder Moti Krispil told the Times. The company plans to release an SDK for developers in the next few months.
Galaxy S IV Finally Revealed On Video

The video is the same person who leaked the supposed images earlier this week. ” The Galaxy S IV is expected to feature a 5-inch Super AMOLED display with 1080p resolution, an eight-core Exynos chipset, up to 64GB of storage, 2GB of RAM, a 13-megapixel camera, Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and new touch-free control features that work by tracking the user’s eyes.” Do all these specs match up with the video. It looks like both Apple and Samsung will be adding wireless charging capabilities to iPhone 5S and Galaxy S4 this year. Sources say that the next-generation iPhone will use wireless charging technology developed by Apple. At this time no one knows if the charger will be built with the wireless charging feature or rely on an attached accessory. Samsung’s Galaxy S4 is expected to support the Qi wireless charging technology. The S4 may not include the capability itself but instead require users to buy a back cover that can access a charging pad.
