If you kept up with Air Jordan News, there was some Black / Gold Air Jordan 5 that was made for one of Jordan Brands executives. Lucky ass, here is the other colorway that is ultra tough. This features a white upper with gold accents, patch behind the tongue that reads 11-3-06. What makes this ultra special… The theme was from a “Wedding†, gotta love samples. Jay-Z And Kanye West Being Sued Over “Watch The Throne” Sample
Jay-Z and Kanye West are being sued by soul singer Syl Johnson for a sample they used on Watch The Throne. Johnson claims that Jay and Yeezy illegally used parts of his song “Different Strokes” on their song “The Joy.” Johnson’s lawyers are saying the Kanye tried to clear a sample of the song for My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy but wasn’t able to receive the proper clearance so the song was scrapped from the album.
