Things between the Houston Rockets and rookie Royce White are going from bad to worse. White suffers from an anxiety disorder that has hindered his ability to travel and play with the team. The Rockets have maintained that they are trying to work with him but White doesn’t agree. They recently demoted him to the D-League in which he has refused to go. Selected 16th overall by the Houston Rockets, Royce White has still yet to see an NBA court. The rookie is battling an anxiety disorder that has caused issues with his team and his NBA career. Fans can be so harsh!! LOL. Last week we did a story on Houston Rockets rookie Royce White, who suffers from severe anxiety disorder. His disorder is so severe he is already debating about retiring from professional basketball because he feels his team is not doing enough to help him with his disease and to try and accommodate him. He does not like to fly, which is a huge red flag for a professional athlete since games are played all over the country. I don’t really feel any pity for the dude because he has had this disorder for years, but has still continued to play ball knowing once he got to the NBA he would have to deal with a lot. Houston Rockets rookie Royce White may soon very well give up all the fame & fortune that comes with the dreams of playing in the NBA. White has a severe anxiety disorder, that Houston knew about before drafting him. White does not like to fly and have taken a bus to some of the teams away games. His fear of flying is no joke, and even though he and the rockets talked before the season how to best handle everything, he is starting to feel like Houston is not doing enough to help him with his disease and because of that he may very well retire as a rookie.
