This morning began the long awaited trial for George Zimmerman, in regards to the death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin back in February of 2012. Tracy Martin, Trayvon’s father spoke about what he expects throughout these proceeding (video after the jump) and the family released a statement: “We are relieved that the trial is starting today with the selection of jury members. We are seeking justice for our son and a fair trial. Trayvon’s life was taken unnecessarily and tragically, but we call upon the community to be peaceful. We have placed our faith in the justice system and ask that the community do the same. Please pray for Trayvon and for our family.” Currently, jury selection is in progress. Can we say stupidity! Some people just don’t know when to let go and let flow. For George Zimmerman’s brother, Robert Zimmerman Jr., he thought that using a visual to compare Trayvon Martin to recently charged baby killer De’Marquise Elkins of 13-month-old, Antonio Santiago in Georgia. The picture of two cropped photos of Martin and Elkins were of them sticking up there middle fingers. DICK Robert Zimmerman Jr. then posted to his twitter account about how people portray themselves publicly is their character as a whole. IF this is the case then we know exactly what he is. How does a murder teen compare to baby murder I will never know. How are the two kids similar except for the fact that they are black with middle fingers? CRAZY!
