Robert Swift’s story is one full of potential never filled because of a bad drug habit and apparently not much guidance once be became rich. Swift was drafted right out of high school about 10 years ago by the Seattle SuperSonics before they became the OKC Thunder, but most of you have never heard of him. That is because soon as he was drafted all his personal demons surfaced and he has since been arrested more than he actually scored points in the NBA.

The casual fan may not know who Robert Swift is, but if you are a basketball junkie you know his story is one of many that had great potential but couldn’t stay on track. When Swift was drafted in the first round by the Seattle Sonics fresh out of high school in 2004 he was one of the more highly touted prospects. It was soon apparent though that Swift had some demons in his life and drugs pretty much derailed his career. Last year he was arrested for squatting in a home even though he made more than $11 million from his short playing days. Now he has much bigger legal problems.

This is bananas. NBA bust Robert Swift was facing foreclosure last year and refused to leave his house until now and when he did…OH MY…how disgusting!!!! I can’t even stand one crumb on the counter or socks being left on the floor let alone living anywhere near how this kid was living!
