NFL: Dr. Andrews Describes Robert Griffin III’s Recovery As “Superhuman”
Could we have another Adrian Peterson on our hands? Peterson’s miraculous recovery from a torn ACL and MCL wowed everyone as he completed a near record setting season that ended with MVP honors. Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III went down with an ACL injury in the Redskins playoff loss to the Seattle Seahawks. Griffin is being treated and cared for by one of the best orthopedic surgeon’s, Dr. Andrews. Griffin has already proven to be a superior athlete and like AP he reportedly has “superhuman” recovery skills as well. Read more after the jump.
NFL: Dr. James Andrews Gives Great News On RG3’s Recovery
There were reports that it’s possible Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III will be ready for the opening week of the NFL season. Griffin noted that he would work hard to be ready for week 1 but that he wouldn’t jeopardize his health to do so. Well there’s good news from Dr. James Andrews who performed the surgery.
