Late last week, Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian announced that they’re expecting a child together, doing so by posting a photo of a pregnant Chyna emoji. This also set the stage for the announcement of Chy’s new emoji pack dropping tomorrow (May 10,) but apparently, this wasn’t how she was hoping to make the big reveal. According to a statement from Chy’s rep (which I believe is her lawyer-turned-manager, Walter) to PEOPLE, she was forced into announcing the pregnancy early:

Now that she’s soon to wed Rob Kardashian and have his child, she’s already filed documents to trademark her soon-to-be name, Angela Renee Kardashian. In the recently-filed legal docs, Chy says the rights will be used for entertainment services, television and movie appearances, living as a “social media celebrity” and party hosting. Checkmate!
