Two woman say they were walking on a bike path near a riverbed in Compton, California when they heard a baby crying. Well they weren’t hallucinating. A newborn baby girl was found buried alive near that river bed.

Submerged underwater, a diver found a river 90 feet below the surface of water. The site is located in Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula and is even equipped with a tree-lined view. The amazing find was discovered by somewhat experienced divers who were willing to take the 180 foot plunge underwater. But the view isn’t necessarily available to only those willing to take the dive, Anatoly Beloshchin has done it for those unwilling. Check out the video after the jump.

After losing power while in the air, a sight seeing helicopter was forced to make an emergency landing on the water near 79th street. With four people on board, the pilot made a sound decision to land as promptly and safely. The difference between emergency landings with airplanes and helicopters is: with loss of power, airplanes have the ability to glide and land properly while helicopters usually go straight down immediately. (Video) Yikes! Bridge Collapses In Washington State Leaving Cars Filled With Passengers In River!
Now this is scary!! A bridge collapse that sent cars and drivers plunging into the Skagit River in Washington State was caused by an over-sized truck that collided with the span of structure, authorities have said. For reasons unknown at this point in time the semi struck the overhead of the bridge causing the collapse,’ State Patrol Chief John Batiste revealed at an overnight news conference. The truck made it off the bridge and the driver remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators, he added. Three passengers were pulled alive from their vehicles after they plunged tens of feet into the water below at around 7pm on Thursday. Even more were pulled from the debris, but rescuers said no one died in the dramatic accident and all victims have been accounted for.
