Man Convicted Of Killing Jennifer Hudson’s Family Requests New Trial

MLB: Federal Judge Rules That Roger Clemens Will Face Retrial On Perjury Charges

U.S. District Judge Reggie Walton set another trial for April 17. He said if Clemens wants to appeal, he must ask for an expedited request.
