MLB: Manny Ramirez Files For Reinstatement From MLB’s Retirement List
Manny Ramirez has filed for reinstatement from Major League Baseball’s retired list and hired new agents, sources said Sunday.  Ramirez faces a 50-game suspension when he returns, rather than 100 games, sources said.
