(Audio) Lil Wayne Gets Backlash From WHO For A Rap Lyric ???

It is black history month, so why not – right? Future released a remix to “Karate Chop” featuring Lil Wayne. In Wayne’s verse he states, “Beat that pussy up like Emmett Till.” Now, in case you didn’t know who Emmett Till was, he was a 14-year-old boy who in 1955 was mutilated, severely beaten, pistol whipped, shot, and murdered for trying to talk to a white woman (Sickening incident). Reps from the Till Estate are not liking the reference Wayne made, so now they are speaking out. The YMCMB founder is not the only artist to bring Emmett Till’s name into hip-hop – Kanye West and Remy Ma. What can you say about something like this? It is a vital piece of history that’s being butchered, however it’s only a comparison and there is the first Amendment. Drop down bottom and listen to what the reps have to say.

(Photos) Cassie Talks Up-Coming Mixtape & New Single With Trina & Lola Monroe

Cassie has just released her first single, “All Gold, All Girls (RMX)” yesterday and I’ve heard it at least 25 times already. Having Trina on the track makes it 10Xs better. This is just the first off of her up-coming mixtape RockaByeBaby. This is a project that she’s been working on for awhile now. “I wanted to give my supporters new music before my album,” Cassie says. “I’ve been currently working with Trinidad James on a few projects,” she adds. That’s how the two came up with the single ft. Trina and Lola Monroe. “The rest of the Mixtape includes other remixes but also a lot of brand new music from me featuring Rick Ross, Pusha T, French Montana, Jeremih & more.” I can’t WAIT! Drop down bottom for more. JaaiR (JR)
