In Oklahoma Patricia Spottedcrow was arrested after selling $31.00 worth of Marijuana to an undercover cop. Once she was sentenced the judge gave her a hard time and slapped her with a 12 year sentence. Her case received national attention for harsh treatment of first-time offenders and its status as the top jailer of women in the U.S. After serving 2.5 years Ms. Spottedcrow was released to her family. Gunplay Released From Prison Into House Arrest
After turning himself in a couple weeks back for an arrest warrant stemming from May, Gunplay has been released from prison on a $150k bond, and sentenced to house arrest for an undetermined amount of time. “The state did not prove that Mr. Morales was a flight risk or a threat to the community,” his attorney Michael Grieco said. “He should be home with his family shortly.
