Bobby Shmurda has been locked up for over 430 days now facing charges for drugs, weapons possession, and conspiracy at a Westchester County Jail. The 21 year-old Brooklyn MC has been denied bail now for the 7th time in January, which only leads him to believe his constitutional rights are being violated because the New York District Attorney has got it in for him. Things are looking for Gucci Mane! Several months ago fans, were disappointed after Gucci’s label, 1017 Records, announced that Gucci Mane would be released from prison this coming March. The Atlanta rapper is currently serving a 39-month bid in an Indiana federal prison on a firearm possession charge. After doing some serious investigating and fact-checking however, it was learned that Guwop was indeed getting out in March just not this year but 2017. In a more recent search of the prisons database, Gucci Mane’s release date has been moved up from March 2017 to September 20, 2016. The countdown to Guwop has officially begun! Despite taking a break over the weekend to shoot a new music video with Rihanna, Drake wants his fans to know that he’s hard at work and ‘Views From The 6’ is on the way. The 6 God and his team have been dropping hints about the album’s release for quite some time now, including a ‘coming very soon’ announcement on New Year’s Eve and an update from Drake’s producer Noah “40” Shebib. More recently, Drake posted a photo of himself in the studio, surrounded by recording equipment making it all the more clear that we could have ‘Views from the 6’ a lot sooner than later.
