Yesterday afternoon, Lindsay Lohan managed to dodge jail time once again, this time instead for a 90 day stay at a LOCKDOWN rehab facility in her state of choice. Lockdown being the key word there, meaning there is NO option to leave (much like Linds has done in the past.) With NY being her choice of stay, TMZ did a little digging and come to find out…there is no such place that exists there! ALL rehab facilities there allow their patients to come and go by choice. Unless something is worked out, this could spell jail time for Lindsay because the judge wants to ensure she’s in custody for the full 90 days. Let’s see what happens!
FAIL: Lindsay Lohan Tries To Party After Getting Sentenced To Rehab…Gets Spotted…And Bails!
Right after Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to 90 days in rehab (as part of a plea bargain to avoid jail time,) the troubled actress tried to go party it up at an L.A. nightclub! How are you supposed to solve your substance abuse problems by going and being surrounded by it?! Lindsay tried to cover up as her SUV pulled up to AV Club in Hollywood last night, but when she was spotted by way too many paparazzi, she got frustrated and just had her car drive off. Finally, the paparazzi are actually helpful in a situation! But, do you think Linds will ever really get better? It’s not seeming like it!
Lindsay Lohan Avoids Jail Time…But She’s Headed To Rehab For A While!
I’ve never seen a person avoid jail as much as Lindsay Lohan! Once again the actress dodges the slammer, instead opting for 90 days in rehab as part of a plea deal for her lying to cops and reckless driving case stemming from last June. She also has to perform 30 days of community labor and undergo psychotherapy for 18 months. She also admitted to a probation violation in the jewelry heist case and was sentenced to 180 days in jail….but managed to avoid jail there too because that sentence was STAYED and she won’t do time if she continues to obey all laws. SMH! Lucky girl, huh?
Lindsay Lohan Headed To Jail Or Rehab
The prosecutors handling Lindsay Lohan’s criminal case are not playing around this time. It seems that the troubled actress is headed either to jail or rehab. Although Lindsay is refusing to take any sort of deal, The Los Angeles City Attorney is refusing to back down and plans on sentencing Lohan to either 45 days in prison or 60 days of rehab. I highly doubt rehab will work since she relapsed the first time she went there. Maybe some jail time will do her some good? Read more below.

Guess Which Actress Is Refusing To Go To Rehab?!
A certain actress, who clearly needs more rehab that she has already received, is saying no to rehab! Her friends are insisting that she gets the help that she desperately needs since she had begun to spiral out of control once again. Friends of the actress are also urging her to go to rehab before she heads back to court in hopes that the judge will take it easy on her so she doesn’t head back to jail.
