Christmas spirit, much?! Well, Reese Witherspoon seems to be! She was celebrating with her man with some wine and then had no problem driving off into the sunset. Reese and Jim Toth made their way to the outdoor patio at Gjelina in Venice over the weekend. A source connected to Reese says she had a glass of wine with an early dinner and then walked around the area XMAS shopping for “several hours,” and then got behind the wheel and drove home. And this isn’t the first time! Reese and Jim famously got arrested in Atlanta after a drunken night out on the town. Jim was busted for DUI. Reese was arrested for disorderly conduct.

Yet another embarrassing moment for Reese Witherspoon, but this one was WAY less mortifying than that last fiasco. As the actress was doing some retail therapy in L.A. yesterday, her skirt flew up and gave everyone a show. Luckily she was a good sport about it and just laughed it off. Earlier we showed you footage of Reese Witherspoon’s arrest and her angry tirade against police officers. Now, there is even more footage but this time from inside the police car. The actress told police, “My name is Reese Witherspoon, it will be in the national news,” before arguing with her husband about why she got out of their car. It’s actually pretty funny to hear her reaction. Watch below.

Actress Reese Witherspoon and her husband were arrested last week, him for DUI and her for “disorderly conduct.” The actress, who has since admitted that she was wrong and out of line, said that she knows she was acting crazy when her husband was being arrested. Reese has always been seen as a sweet girl but in this footage, she is anything but sweet! The actress got so out of hand that her husband, Jim Toth, apologized to the officers.
