An ex-con opened fire at two cops on Thursday at a Brooklyn housing project. Police officers, Jovanny Calderone and Dorian Thompson, were responding to a 911 call in Red Hook Houses reporting a man with a gun walking the street. Heroin Mill Operating In Gentrified Red Hook Neighborhood Gets Shut Down
