The Grammy’s are switching things up a bit in the ever changing landscape of Music. More artists can now be eligible for the Best New Artist award and streaming only music (such as Chance The Rapper’s Coloring Book) will now be eligible to receive the prestigious awards.
(Video) Usher & Jennifer Hudson to Perform for Whitney Houston Special
On Thursday, the Recording Academy announced that a one-hour special, honoring the late Whitney Houston is underway. Titled, “We Will Always Love You: A Grammy Salute to Whitney Houston” artists like Celine Dion, Jennifer Hudson and Usher are scheduled to perform. Other artists will be confirmed at a later date. Recording Academy x Gucci i-Gucci Grammy x Watch Special Edition
Gucci and the Recording Academy collaborate on the i-Gucci Grammy edition watch. Designed by Gucci’s creative director Frida Giannini, the watch hinges on Gucci’s commitment to preserving the arts which has included helping Martin Scorsese’s Film Foundation to restore six movies.
