Last year Tom Brady and his wife Gisele Bundchen purchased a condo with an incredible view of New York City for a cool $14 million. Now, they are subletting the home.According to Coleman Real Estate, it will cost $40,000 per month to stay in the condo—without furniture. To officially lounge on Brady’s couch, be prepared to throw in an additional $2,500 per month. Brady and Bundchen’s condo is way up on the 47th floor, so the 360-degree view of the city is incredible. So if you can afford it, living like Brady would definitely be worth it. Hit the jump.

Ludacris just copped a nice $4.8 million crib in the Hollywood Hills, so the rapper/actor is unloading some other property that just isn’t quite necessary any longer. Luda just unloaded a 2 bed, 2-bath West L.A. penthouse condo $830k…a nice little come-up since he paid $669k for the place back in 2002. It’s safe to say that newlyweds Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are pretty set in the financial department. However, it never hurts to find another way to make some $$! KimYe decided to dab into the real estate world and are about to start flipping houses. The couple purchased a Bel Air mansion last year for $11 million which they decided to fix up. The whole original plan was for the couple to live there with baby Nori but instead they realized that they could make BANK if they sold it. However, they’re not planning on stopping there. They want to buy a bunch of different mansions and start flipping them to make some extra side $$. As far as their living arrangements, they’re happily living with Kris and having her as a live-in baby sitter. Makes sense!

The gated two-story, 5-bedroom Spanish-style crib features a guest foyer, formal living and dining rooms, library, terraced lawns, spacious patios, an outdoor fireplace and a swimming pool and spa.
