Just one day after being indicted for third-degree aggravated assault, Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice married his alleged victim Janay Palmer. While many speculated that Rice went through with the marriage so Palmer couldn’t testify, a defense attorney said that is not a thing in New Jersey. According to ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter the two had been planning the wedding for a couple weeks so despite the mishap they’re still apparently in love and decided to go through with the marriage. While Palmer may have forgiven Rice, Buffalo Bills linebacker Brandon Spikes spoke out strongly against him.
