UFC light heavyweight Jon Jones was super fired up before his UFC 172 fight against Glover Teixeira. To show how excited he was, he did Ray Lewis’ signature “squirrel” dance. His excitement wasn’t in vain as he defeated Teixeira to retain his title.

It is hard to tell sometimes when Chad Johnson is joking or being serious. Late last night he took to his twitter account to tell a story about wanting to fight Ravens Ray Lewis and that Lewis was scared! Chad even went as far as to say Bengals coach Marvin Lewis had to step in and save Ray. I think everyone will agree if these two ever came to blows Ray would not be the one who needed help. Hit the jump to see what Chad was saying.
We all know Ray Lewis can sometimes be a little too dramatic once he gets on a roll about something. Monday night was no exception, but at least I can understand where he is coming from this time. Lewis was very upset with the possible fine that 49ers player Ahmad Brooks might receive for his hit on Saints QB Drew Brees on Sunday. For those who did not see the hit, hit the jump for the video. It was clearly a clean hit, but in the new age of the “soft” NFL, a personal foul was called and eventually helped the Saints win that game. Lewis offered to pay half of whatever fine Brooks may wind up facing. Hit the jump for more.
This is such a great #TBT pick. We got nothing but love for Ocho, but this is madd funny. I saw this on my friend’s page, @Lizzs_Lockeroom and it had me in tears. Check out what happened to Chad Johnson (when he was Ochocinco) when he tried to hit Ray Lewis when Ray wasn’t looking. The audio just brings it all together. LOL.
Though they were teammates Joe Flacco and Ray Lewis don’t seem to share too many of the same ideals. Flacco not only didn’t understand Lewis’ legendary speeches, he’s also shot down Lewis’ conspiracy theory regarding the Super Bowl power outage. Read more after the jump.
Everybody remembers the outage that occurred during the third quarter of Super Bowl XLVII. The Baltimore Ravens led 28-6 after a 108 yard kickoff return by Jacoby Jones. Then the lights in the Superdome went out and delayed the game for 34 minutes. When it came back on the San Francisco 49ers had a miraculous comeback and scored 17 unanswered points. While many thought Beyonce’s elaborate halftime show caused the outage, some had other conspiracy theories including Ray Lewis. Read more after the jump.
