Quadriplegic man , David Rose, had many followers online for his positive outlook in life despite the many obstacles he faced as a man with  cerebral palsy, being deaf and bound to a wheel chair. He found fame and kept his followers updated and blogged as he lay on his hospital bed.  Sadly David lost his life to pneumonia, but he had his sister post one last blog entry for him after-death.  Hit the jump for photos and David’s last and final post.
